To request a transcript, you may download a transcript request form by clicking below, or pick one up in the Registrar's office. You will need to turn in your form to the Registrar before or after school. You will also need to allow at least 2-3 school days for processing. There is now no cost for transcripts.

Official transcripts cannot be released to the student and or student's family. Official transcritps must be sent directly to the college or scholarship committee. The student may only pick up an unofficial transcript.
