There is a choir for EVERYONE at Westfield. This is a brief overview of the choir classes offered. Each of these classes gives students a one-year credit for either Fine Arts or Electives, both of which are required for students to graduate.

CONCERT MEN: Entry-level men's choir offered 1st period.

CONCERT WOMEN: Entry-level women's choir offered 2nd period.

A CAPPELLA WOMEN: Intermediate, auditioned women's choir offered 6th period. Students wishing to enter this class must complete a singing and sight-reading audition.

CHORALE: Varisty level mixed chorus offered 3rd period; available by audition and recommendation only.

VOCAL PRODUCTION: Auditioned group which focuses on Musical Theater and Soloistic singing; offered 7th period.

CHAMBER CHOIR: Selected in March of the previous school year, this group of 24 singers performs a variety of musical styles; offered 5th period. Chamber Choir singers must also be enrolled in CHORALE.

SOUNDS OF SOUL "S.O.S." - this 80 member gospel choir made up of singers from the Westfield High School Community. SOS rehearses every Monday from 7-9 p.m. Membership is by audition ONLY.
