How to Request
Westfield High School requires the full, written signature of the former student for the release
of student academic records. Official transcripts may NOT be released to the student.
Official transcripts must be mailed directly to the school or organization of your choice. You
are responsible for providing the mailing address of the school or organization .
You may request an unofficial copy of your transcript for PERSONAL use and we will mail that to your home address. As a rule, unofficial transcripts are not accepted by colleges
as proof of graduation or course completion.
Processing Time
Transcript requests are normally processed in 2-3 school days. However, if your transcript has
been archived (1982-2002) it will require additional time to be retrieved. During peak periods (beginning and end of semesters) processing times could be longer. We follow the school calendar so remember to allow for school holidays and remember that we work a 4 day work
week during June and July.
Fees
There is a $2.00 processing fee for each official transcript and a $1.00 fee for unofficial transcripts. Your payment must be included with your request. We accept cash, personal check or money order.

You may also bring your request directly to the Registrar’s Office located on the campus at
Westfield High School. We DO NOT accept requests for transcripts by phone, email or fax. Proper identification is required when entering the Westfield HS bldg and also when ordering a transcript.
