Read it Forward Book Selection |
On September 16, 100 copies of MIRACLE'S BOYS by Jacqueline Woodson were placed around the school and in classrooms for students to "discover." On the cover of each book is a sticker with instructions for students to read the book, sign their name on the inside and then pass it on to another student.
Our goal is for each book to be shared at least 5 times before Ms. Woodson visits our Spring Community Book Festival on Saturday, November 14, at Dekaney High School. |

After Reading the Book |
Students who read the book will be encouraged to post their names on the Read It Forward! wall in the library and to participate in other activities which we will announce in the following weeks. |

Spring Community Book Festival |
After reading and sharing MIRACLE'S BOYS, students will have the opportunity to meet Ms.Woodson at the Spring Community Book Festival on November 14, at Dekaney High School. |
