It has become a "tradition" for the Lion Players to present a play about Texas or Texans in the May performance slot. This year was no exception as we performed Dearly Beloved by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten. This is a companion to play to Dearly Departed, which we performed a few years ago. The story is about a wedding in the small Texas town of Faro. Of course, nothing goes right. The evening was filled with laughter as the audience enjoyed the antics of the lunatics that live in Faro, Texas.
