Checkout Procedures: |
Student IDs must be used for checking out materials and using the Internet. Students with an acceptable use policy form on file will have an Internet icon on their student ID card. Reference books and magazines are checked out on an overnight basis; all other books are checked out for two weeks.

Fines: |
Fines for overdue materials are assessed as follows:
$.05 cents per day on regular checkouts
$.25 cents per day on reference books and magazines. | | |

Security System: |
All students must exit the library through the security system. Items found not checked out may be cause for referral to an assistant principal. | | |

|
Computer Printers: |
Printing from the computers will be ten cents per page and may be picked up from the circulation desk. | | |

|
Copy Machine: |
A copy machine is located in the library for student use. Copies are 10 cents per page. Change may be obtained at the circulation desk. | | |

Library Use During Lunch |
SHS Library is open to a maximum of 20 lunch students during each lunch shift. You will sign in at the circulation desk. If you choose to come to the library for lunch, you must stay the whole time. | | |
