Friday, Jan. 11 - Report cards handed out in 2nd period. Grades will be available for viewing through ParentConnect on Monday, 1/14/08.

The art exhibit “UNIFIED” is currently on display in the front lobby of Spring High School. The exhibit is the result of the combined efforts our our sculpture class, under the direction of Darlene Miller, English classes, under the direction of Jami McKey, and two math classes, under the direction of Kathy Harville and Carolyn Stockton. On Tuesday, Nov. 27th, nine singers from the Spring High School choral department competed at the TMEA pre-area auditions at The Woodlands HS. The five singers chosen in each section will represent TMEA Region 9 at the AREA CHOIR auditions in January. The students who place at Area are then members one of the three 2008 All-State choirs.
From over 14,000 students who began the audition process last summer, only 1120 singers remain.

Spring HS choir is very proud of their THREE Area candidates :

Jacob Hill (10th) - Bass 2
Samantha Johnson (11th) - Soprano 2
Jordan Myles (12th) - Bass 2

Daily announcements are read over the PA system each day during the first 5 minutes of 2nd period. As part of the daily announcements, students recite the pledges to the flags of the United States and Texas. We also observe a minute of silence after the pledges are completed. The daily announcements will be posted below in Adobe pdf format for five days and then deleted. To access Adobe pdf files, you must download the free Adobe reader.
