There are basically two courses that are tested on the 10th and 11th Grade Science TAKS tests; IPC, and Biology. You may download a copy of the State of Texas Objectives for the TAKS Science Test from the link below.

To use the downloads below, you must have power point on your computer. These are intended as information for review of the large concepts for the TAKS test, this is not a comprehensive review. There are two TAKS Dr. Power Points that go question by question through the 2006 Released tests for 10th Grade and Exit Level.

This is a question by question look at the 2006 April Test for Science. It will explain the correct answer and also why the other answers are not correct. You should go to the TEA web site, and print a copy of the science test, take it, and then use this power point to help you with the questions you missed. Good luck!!

Mr. Perry of Perry Homes provided a generous donation to assist students who had not yet passed their TAKS for graduation. This series of Power points were written and used to assist students who are still in need of passing these tests. I have included them here for additional help, hints and review.
