Hello! I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kimberly Bash. I taught First grade for my first five years here at Smith and have now been teaching 2nd grade Math & Science for three years. This will be my eleventh year teaching children and I look forward to another successful year with you all! :o)

I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education specializing in Early Childhood. I also have an Associate in Arts from Temple College.

I’m very excited to be teaching Math & Science! My passion is teaching children to explore the world around them and to respect nature and all it gives us. We use our many strategies in Math to help us conquer the world of Science!

I carry this passion into my personal life teaching my very inquisitive five year old son, Matthew as well. My husband, Dennis and I enjoy spending time with Matthew and our new twin girls, Jenna & Rachel! They have brought many new adventures upon their arrival!
