Daily Grades (40%): daily grades include participation, homework, in-class activities and will vary from six weeks to six weeks

Major Grades (60%): major grades include one outside reading with reading guide, one in-class exam, and one major writing assignment

School supplies are essential for your success. These supplies are necessary for all assignments related to this course and are not optional. Please contact Mrs. Brown if you have difficulty finding or purchasing any of these supplies: 2” 3-ring binder, 1-subject spiral, notebook paper, 5 dividers, pens/pencils.

Other recommended supplies: high-lighters, index cards, and a daily organizer/planner.
