Learning by doing is considered to be one of the best and most lasting methods of acquiring new knowledge and skills. The businesses in the Spring area cooperate with Spring High School by providing jobs to our Career Preparation students. This gives the students valuable real life training. They work in the real world and face everyday job challenges. Each student has a training plan which includes skills to be learned on the job and information to be taught in the class room.
One of the most important parts of the class is when class time is devoted to letting the students share with each other the sucesses and challenges they have encountered in their jobs.
