2. A grade of F for any six-week period or two D’s back-to-back for two six-week periods will be cause for the T3/T4 Building Referral Committee to convene to consider exiting the student from T3/T4.

All decisions regarding the placement of students in T3/T4 or exiting students from T3/T4 are made by the T3/T4 Building Referral Committee which consists of a principal, a counselor, T3/T4 teachers of Language Arts and/or Mathematics and representative subject area teachers of non-T3/T4 classes. Exit considerations for T3/T4 students are initiated by the teacher when grades fall below the requirements. You will be notified if grades become a concern. Exit considerations may also be initiated by parents for any reason.
