Spring ISD will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. June 24 in the boardroom at Gordon M. Anderson Leadership Center , 16717 Ella Blvd., to discuss the school district’s budget, which will determine the tax rate that will be adopted for the 2008-09 year .
