Anyone visiting the school should first check-in at the front office.

Anyone visiting the campus must have a picture ID to check-in and will then be issued a visitor's pass.

If you are interested in visiting or conferencing with a teacher, please make prior arrangements by phone or e-mail. It is our campus procedure to not send unannounced visitors into the campus building. All teachers all available for scheduled conferences during posted conference times each day.

ADMINISTRATOR CONFERENCES
Administrators are here to support and assist your children. Please contact the school to schedule an appointment if needed to speak with the grade level principal. Principals are unable to meet with parents during the morning duty times of 8:20-9:00. An administrator is on duty each day after-school until 6:00 to help meet your needs.

PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT
Parents are always welcome at Dueitt! We welcome & encourage parental involvement and hope you choose to become positively involved. We will work to keep you informed in a variety of ways!

CLASSROOM VISITS
If you would like to visit a classroom, please contact the teacher to schedule a mutually convenient time! Parents are always welcome to participate or observe classroom activity!

VOLUNTEERING
Many of you posess skills in a varity of areas that are beneficial to our school or community. If you are interested in volnteering as a substitute, office staff, aide, or to present/share a skill with a class, please contact Charmane Tozier, Building Secretary at 832-249-2201.

STUDENT PICK-UPS
If your child must leave early, an adult must check him/her out of school. Only adults listed on the student's release form with a valid picture ID will be allowed to pick-up your child.

STUDENTS ARRIVING LATE
If your child arrives late at school, he/she must be signed-in at the front office.
