ABOUT ME
I graduated from Ball State University in Indiana and this is my 12th year of teaching in the state of Texas. I know I have the best job in the world--- learning and growing with your children!

I have a wonderful family that includes my husband, Dan, and my children Jeffrey, a 2nd grader at Salyers, and Morgan, a Kindergartner Cubby. We love to cheer on our Houston Astros, play with our dog, Astro, and spend time together having fun!

August 19: Meet the Teacher Night! I can't wait to see the AWESOME 4th graders for the 2010-11 school year!!!

August 23: First Day of School!!!

September 6th: Labor Day Holiday

September 9th: Open House Night Please plan on attending this outstanding event. You will visit K-2 teachers from 6:00 to 6:45, attend the PTO Meeting from 6:45 to 7:15, and visit 3-5 classrooms from 7:15 to 8:00.

September 14th: Salyers Spirit Night at Chik-fil-A Come eat yummy food, see some of your favorite teachers, & support our awesome school!
