Please plan for a 24 hour turn around in order to complete your withdrawal. You will need to provide the name and address of your new school. You must have paid all fines and returned all library books, textbooks, uniforms, instruments and other school issued materials.

At that time, you will be provided an official Withdrawal Form in order to expedite your enrollment at your new school.

Your records will be faxed when requested by your new school.
