Visitors are asked to park in the lot at the front of the building (facing Ella Boulevard), east of the front door.
 
All visitors must sign in with our receptionist, Mrs. Hegwood, who will issue a visitor's pass.
 
Teachers have a 45-minute conference period each day during which they are not supervising students or attending to other professional duties. In addition, each academic family has a 45-minute common family work time.
 
Parents who wish to visit with teachers individually or as a team (family) should call in advance to make an appointment during non-supervisory / non-duty times.
