The dress code at Beneke is Standardized Dress which consists of the following:

Pants
Khaki, navy blue or blue jeans (denim)

Fitted at the waist

No oversized or baggy clothing

Jumpers, Skirts/Skorts or Shorts
Khaki, navy blue, or blue jeans (denim)

Length approaching the knee

Must have a hem (no cut offs)

Shirts/Blouses
Solid red, white, light blue or navy blue

Long or short sleeves

With collars

Sweaters/ Jackets
Solid red, white, or blue

Shoes
Students are encouraged to wear tennis shoes or sneakers for safety concerns due to physical education, ROPES, and recess. Backless shoes and sandals are discouraged.

Clothing Items Not Allowed
Shirts of solid colors other than those listed above

Shirts which are the appropriate color but have a different colored collar

Shirts with patterns, stripes, printing or emblems

Sweat-suits, wind suits, wind or biker shorts

Stitching, embroidery or cartoon characters on denim jumpers, jeans, pants, or shorts

Football, baseball, basketball or other sports jerseys

Excessively baggy or loose pants, shorts, or shirts

Crop or halter tops, shirts with spaghetti/thin straps

Short shorts or short skirts.
