My name is Winifred A. Ajayi. I was born in the continent of Africa. I'm the youngest of six children. I'm happily married to the most handsome and God fearing man. I have twin girls and a ten-year old son.

I graduated from Western Illinois University, with a bachelor of Arts and Master's of Art in English/Journalism and my master's degree was in Political Science. I have another master in Education Administration.

My philosophy of education is that all children can learn. However, it will take the collaborative efforts of the parents, student, teacher, administrator and a supportive district like SpringISD to make it happen.

I'm a dedicated and caring teacher. I've been honored with the title "Teacher of the Year" for at least four consecutive years.

I practice Consistency Discipline Management in my classroom where all children are able to learn daily.

My planning time is from 12:30 to 1:20 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
