Students who are in my second and third period classes are continuing to receive math and social studies instruction. However, they are receiving math instruction with a different 5th level teacher. Talk with your child about the importance of taking that work seriously because the grades will be forwarded to me and will be added to grades for this final nine weeks.
Students in my second and third period classes who did not pass TAKS are being taught in small group (majority with me). They will also receive grades there.
Classes will be back to normal on May 20. Until then, any graded papers that come home below a 70 need to be returned signed with corrections as soon as possible. The end of the nine weeks is approaching and students need to pass the nine weeks as well as TAKS.

*Students may have lost the privilege to attend some of these events if they have lost "letters" on that event. Please contact me if you are unsure of what they have lost.
*If you are able to volunteer your time at one of these events, please contact me as soon as possible.
