Our classroom is a combination of many classrooms which include a kitchen, living room, bathroom, dressing room, laundry room, and a classroom. I think we have everything. Our students have the opportunity to be social and have recreation leisure time as well as that sit down and concentrate classroom time. Everything is a buzz in the room. Students are coming and going and always involved in something, be it computers, cooking, washing clothes, reading a book, or being an artist.
We use as much technology as we can in our classroom, computers, smartboard, easiteach chalkboard are some. Technolgy is the wave of the future and a godsend for our students. It will enable our students to be more independent, functional and accepted within their community and school.
